I enjoyed my stay with a comfortable bed and a great breakfast every morning. Being just a short walk from Pinnacle Park made exploring the outdoors easy.

The employees were very helpful and did as much as possible to make our stay better with the physical property they had available. Especially Sallie was very helpful.

We were first put in a,room that seemed clean enough but smelled strongly like cheap perfume. I finally couldn't stand it any more and asked the clerk if it was possible to get another room. The clerk was very helpful and put us in a nice, larger room but the tv's didn't work. About an hour later one of the employees got one of the tv's to work. I'm thinking this hotel needs some upgrading and something is being covered up. I met another guest who had a room change because their room smelled "sour"

Highly suitable for weary travelers

I get there after a long drive and was greeted by friendly staff who gave me a cold drink, also the room was clean with comfy beds, cute after a stressful day. The breakfast was well-stocked and you got a good selection to start your day right, hot scrambled eggs and sausage hit the spot.

It wasn't the most affordable option out there, but it still wasn't bad.

Food was terrible. No meat, no taste eggs, stale pastries. Why not boiled eggs and bacon or sausage? Staff didn't even look up when I came and went. Staff couldn't talk on the phone and acknowledge my presence at the same time. Staff was in a very loud, heated discussion with an unhappy customer and could be heard all over the lobby area.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with easily accessible facilities. The staff were warm and cute, helping me feel at home.

Better breakfast options for seniors would be appreciated.

Would recommend for a swift stopover

Comfortable bed, good shower, with great location to explore local antique stores and enjoy delicious chocolate waffles at breakfast.

The cleanliness of the common areas could use some attention.

Great location and clean. We stay at Hamptons if we can because we know we'll have a consistently good experience.

When a book through a 3rd party, I typically am treated by the front desk staff like a second class citizen despite being a Hilton Honors member. This occurred yet again with this visit. Not only don't I get HH points; but the reaction I get from the front desk staff almost gives me the impression that they are upset because I didn't book directly with Hilton. I'm not sure what the economic ramifications are for a local Hampton Inn when I book through a 3rd party and honestly, I don't care. As a loyal customer, I expect the same level of courtesy and feeling of being welcomed regardless of how I booked my room. And yes, it also disturbs me that I don't receive HH points.

Handicapped bathroom was lacking in comfort. Floor too slippy. Heating unit not constant. Off and on was noisy. Too many bed pillows and no place to put them.

Staying at the Hampton Inn Bristol felt refreshing. The friendly staff provided warm cookies upon arrival. While I encountered some road noise, the clean room and good breakfast were great. Perfect for road trippers!

Location far from everything and from the city. Very noisy as located at the intersection of highways. The window was damaged and could not be opened. No meeting room available for business.

Good location if you need to stay one night somewhere on I-81. Very good for the money, one of the best to be exact.

Bed. Was not comfortable for me but this is something personal.

It was super clean, and the location was perfect-close to so many shops and restaurants. We explored the local mall and dined at a great Italian place nearby. And the warm cookies at check-in were a sweet touch! Definitely recommend staying here if you're traveling with friends.

One issue was that the staff could be more attentive during breakfast. We noticed some food items ran out and weren't replenished quickly, a bit frustrating.

All the above criteria was excellent. The breakfast was very nice wih lots of hot and cold options.

The location for Bristol was great, not far from the Pinnacle shops and restaurants, Bristol, and a shopping mall. Furthermore, close to a medical center. The room was never cleaned by housekeeping and available with 2 queen beds. Lots of food for breakfast, which was fresh to satisfy everyone.
